So why did that 10% stay around? The answer is simple. THERE’S MORE MONEY IN IT AS A BROKER THAN A LENDER! Ok so the skilled 10% know the best way to ensure maximum profits is to not give away a large portion of your compensation to the employing lender. 1st Nations takes a small percentage of each loan, then reimburses you for all your bills and invoices at 100%, then pays you 83% of what’s left.

Our top performer makes over $250,000 per year. Can you make even half of that at a bank???

At a lender shop you are typically paid in basis points–hey, what a great way for the house to keep more of your hard earned money….at 1st Nations always get paid the full percentage. Never any basis points here.

And what about the rates….we offer the lowest in the business….and they are never marked up. What you see is what you get….RAW RATES.

Not that there’s many Lenders left, but we offer all the typical lenders that are still in business from Provident to Fifth Third to Icon to Plaza to Classic Home and many, many more…

All the Best, Why not join us–
